Consent and unsubscribe rules for promotional text messages from Manakish Shop.
Separate marketing consent
Promotional texts may include product news and wholesale offers. They may be sent only with valid consent or another lawful basis under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Express consent must be an affirmative, separate opt-in—not a preselected box or a condition of purchasing. Simply publishing this policy does not obtain consent.
Sender and message details
Promotional messages must identify Manakish Shop and provide required contact information, directly or through a clearly accessible link when space is limited. Message frequency varies. Your carrier’s message and data charges may apply. Buying from the store does not require subscribing to promotional texts.
Unsubscribe
You can request removal from promotional texts at any time by emailing sales@manakish.shop or calling 450-888-1804 and identifying the phone number to remove. Use the unsubscribe method included in the message. Reply STOP only if the sending service explicitly supports that command; this website does not process SMS replies. Unsubscribe requests must be acted on without delay and no later than 10 business days, and the unsubscribe mechanism must remain valid for at least 60 days after a message is sent.
Consent records and order messages
The sender must keep evidence of valid consent and honor withdrawals before sending further promotions. Withdrawing marketing consent does not close your account. Necessary order communications are distinct from promotional campaigns and must not be used to bypass an unsubscribe request.
