Information about personal information used for wholesale accounts, orders and customer communications.
Information and purposes
Account and order information may include your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, address, order details, payment choice and notes. We use it to manage accounts, process requests, maintain order records and respond to you. Promotional texting requires a separate lawful consent basis; a phone number provided for an order is not automatically a marketing opt-in.
Collection and browser storage
Information is collected when you create an account or submit an order. The store uses browser storage for your cart, language preference and sign-in session. Do not include sensitive information in free-text fields. Any future non-essential tracking or new use of information requires appropriate disclosure and consent where applicable.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, account and order services process information needed to operate the store. If an external messaging provider is used, it may process phone numbers, messages and consent or unsubscribe records. Any processing outside Quebec must be assessed and safeguarded as required by applicable law.
Promotional texts
Consent and unsubscribe records must be maintained for promotional texting. You may withdraw marketing consent without closing your customer account. See our SMS policy for how to request removal from promotional messages.
Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only as needed for the identified purposes and legal obligations, then securely deleted or lawfully anonymized. Appropriate safeguards are required, but no online system is completely risk-free. Confidentiality incidents must be assessed and reported when required by law.
